Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Frontiera ("Frontiera", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through frontieralabs.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. For questions, contact us at hello@frontieralabs.com.
1. Who we are
Frontiera is a generative AI consulting firm with teams operating out of Milan, New York, and Singapore. This policy covers data collected through the Site. Data processed as part of a paid client engagement is governed by the specific data processing terms agreed in that engagement's contract, which take precedence over this policy for that data.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email address, service interest, budget range, and the message you submit.
- Newsletter signup: email address.
- Automatically, via standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — used only for security and to keep the Site running reliably.
The Site does not currently run third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing-tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required before any such cookie is set.
3. Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for basic functionality (e.g., remembering your language preference). These do not require consent under applicable law and are not used to track you across other websites.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To send the newsletter, if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- To maintain the security, performance, and integrity of the Site.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your data based on: your consent (newsletter), our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to inquiries (e.g., hosting and email-delivery infrastructure), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only to the extent necessary to provide their service.
7. International transfers
Because our team operates across Italy, the United States, and Singapore, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect data transferred internationally.
8. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for these purposes.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@frontieralabs.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
